Busch Gardens Williamsburg is seeking enthusiastic performers, who are passionate about Halloween and love to scare, to add fear and chilling excitement to our award-winning Howl-O-Scream event. We need YOU to fill our Howl-O-Scream haunts and terror-tories. Don't miss your chance to be a part of this incredible event!
You and up to three guests will be able to play all day at Busch Gardens Williamsburg if you audition for Howl-O-Scream! Auditions will take place at the Royal Palace Theatre throughout the day. After check in, you will be given an audition time. You and your guest(s) are required to attend the audition at your given time. The rest of the day is up to you! PLEASE NOTE: You must register yourself and your guest(s) by 11:30 PM on Friday, June 12th in order to be eligible. No exceptions. When registering, please "CHOOSE YOUR OWN SEATS" before checking out in order to select your preferred audition time.
The Perk For Registering Early: The first 250 people to REGISTER by 5/31/19 AND audition on 6/8/19 will receive a LIMITED EDITION “Scare Squad 2019” 300 piece limited edition insulated water bottle.
Please use the employee entrance for parking. Your name will be on a list with security. Check in will be located at the England bus stop. You will be given your ticket and audition time there. In order to receive park admission for you and listed guest(s), you must arrive between 9:45am - 12:45pm. Please note: You may still audition this day at a later time, but you will not be provided a ticket for you or your guest(s) into the park. ID is required upon check in.
The REFER – A – FIEND Monster Referral Program: All team members who refer a scare squad applicant are eligible for referral incentive when the following qualifications are met:
- Referred applicants must complete their interview by 8/17/20 and be offered a job as a Scare Squad Team Member.
- The new Scare Squad Monster must complete their Sign-On paperwork with Human Resources on or before 8/23/20.
- The new Scare Squad Monster must complete 80 hours of work between 4pm and 12 midnight on 2020 Howl-O-Scream Operating Dates.
When all these qualifications are met:
- The team member making the referral gets $100 and 2 Busch Gardens Williamsburg park tickets.
- The team member who was referred to work gets $25 and 2 Busch Gardens Williamsburg park tickets.
NOTE:
- Salaried team members at Busch Gardens Williamsburg or Water Country USA are not eligible for the referral incentive.
- Team members whose employment is terminated for cause are not eligible for the referral incentive.
- Referral incentives will be awarded on the pay check for the pay period in which the incentive benchmark is reached.
